Does the Size of a Laptop Really Matter?

0

The question in computing has become, “Does physical size really matter or is it more important to have an all powerful computer that allows you to fit every piece of software and save as many movies as possible on your computing device?” Another matter may be whether the smaller sizes are more concerning or if the light-weight portability is the chief concern. I think the accessibility of different types of portable computers now lets us really personalize our business machines into something that works for us all and doesn’t have to be typical for all.

The production release of the brand new macbookair by Apple has really given us options with the size and what kind of computer we drag around with us daily. At less than 3 pounds and wafer thin, we don’t have to strain our shoulders every time we walk to work. It has a 13 inch flat panel and a full-size keyboard. Tell me where I can get it today! This is the very attribute I have been looking for.

When I first saw the advert for the MacBook Air with a slim, easy to handle portable computer coming out of that little brown envelope, I was simply shocked. Now, that’s the solution I’ve been seeking for so long. Now it doesn’t have to be a workout to take my portable computer with me any longer! No extra bag that can weigh nearly as much as the portable computer, no more grimacing, no longer taking up so much extra room! What a relief!

The frequently asked question of whether size really matters is here now and my answer, when it comes to a tiny laptop is a booming, “yes, Yes, YES!” Size does matter and so does weight. For me and my computer smaller is as good as it gets.
