Eat food – Yes, you can still eat food.   Going on a crash diet or a fast is not what you should be doing to get thin.   So that it performs right, you need to give your body enough fuel.   And your organs need the vitamins and minerals from the food.   You can even eat the food that you enjoy eating.   Just don’t eat as much. So if you do this, you’ll be able to slowly lose weight, while also not building up fat.   As long as you eat good healthy foods, such as vegetables and low-fat dairy products, you’ll lose weight.

Exercise routines -  Now, you don’t need to be a professional weight-lifter just to lose the pounds that you want to.   Just make sure that you sweat enough when you exercise to sweat the fat out.  Jogging or walking around your neighborhood are good things to do, because you need to at least sweat in order to lose weight.
